This system creates a monolithic paver surface which provides high wind uplift resistance. Pedestal systems effectively draining water from a roof or plaza is a critical issue for every building. Tile tech pedestal paver systems are the ideal solution for roof ballast plaza decks and terrace converting them into functional attractive spaces. By using an elevated paver system water is channeled away from the roof surface reclaiming lost space.

Unlike sand or mortar setting bed installations the architectural pavers are installed in an open joint assembly supported at the four corners on spacer tabs or pedestals. Roof pedestal system elevates levels and uniformly spaces the paver for proper water drainage air flow. Install and compact a four inch granular base at 1 4 inch minus at each support pedestals location. Available in a wide array of colors and finishes including crushed granite.

The pedestals are ajustable from 3 8 to 22 high with the use of 4 215 od pvc pipe. Guardian is made up of a unique 3 piece guardian pedestal and a specially shaped guardian paver that together lock down and unitize the entire roof paver surface preventing horizontal and vertical movement.
